A few of you have walked though a "season" of life together with April and I. Others of you we are just starting to write a chapter in our journey of life together. Either way, we are honored and thrilled to be in this Bible study group with you .
Saying that, we humbly come before you and ask for you to pray for us. We could use your support, encouragement, wisdom, and friendship. Proverbs 22:6 says, "Train a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not turn from it." We claim that scripture today as a couple - we just don't know if it is a boy or a girl. Either way, it is coming on May 24, 2010!!

Prayer Requests: Jeremy and Jillian
For those who were able to join us last Sunday you already know of these prayer requests, but since a number of people could not come I wanted to throw out a prayer request to the group for both Jeremy and Jillian.
Jeremy is interviewing with Hurley this week and as much as we would be sad to see the Bolds leave Portland (especially since he would be even closer to USC), I am hoping everyone can pray for a successful interview and for whatever is in His plan to happen for Jeremy and his family.
Jillian recently has given her notice at work and is going through a lot of soul searching to switch careers into something that is more fulfilling and meaningful to her. As we all know, she has a wonderful heart and her God given talents would be so well appreciated where she could fully utilize all of them. She is exploring several options such as going back to graduate school to get her teaching degree or possibly some other options. I ask everyone to pray for her as she looks for guidance.
Having just recently this month decided to make a job change as well I know how difficult that process is so pray for both of them to find something that is... "purpose driven"... sorry I just couldn't resist :)

Thank you!!!
Thank you to all that came out for "LIVE" at Chili Night it was a wonderful get together. I had a blast and can't wait until the next meeting or outing. I enjoyed the company and the chili recipe is just the McCormick chili packets with extra tomato chunks. You guys tired baby out that she went down right after you guys left so THANK YOU so much. I will try to break out of my shell and thank you guys for being patient with me !! Have a great week
